Description
The bag in box La Cheteau by Château du Cléray is a French rosé wine produced mainly from Gamay grapes.
The wine is a blend of Gamay and Cabernet Franc grapes, which are vinified with a short maceration and fermented at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation is stopped with a residual sugar level of 16g / l.
Pale pink in color, the nose opens on aromas of red fruit, strawberry, peach and cherry, with mentholated memories. The sip is dry and fresh, easy to drink.
Perfect for starters and simple fish dishes, as well as Asian cuisine.
