The package contains 2 prestigious red wines from the Corte Giara company.

Amarone della Valpolicella is obtained from Corvina Veronese and Rondinella grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 8-22°C for a duration of approximately 22-24 days. The wine is then aged for 5 months in the same containers, in wood for 15 months and in the bottle for the following 6 months. It is distinguished by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant aromas of red fruits, enriched by spicy notes of pepper, cloves and tobacco. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with a balanced acidity and pleasantly soft tannins. Perfect to accompany red meat dishes, braised meats and game, this wine is ideal in combination with mature cheeses or as a meditation wine.

Valpolicella Ripasso La Groletta is obtained from Corvina Veronese and Rondinella grapes. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 4 months in steel, 11 months in Slavonian oak barrels and for 2 months in the bottle. Ruby red in color, this Valpolicella opens to the nose with a complex bouquet of red fruits, enriched by notes of sweet spices and medicinal herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied and well-structured, with good acidity, soft and enveloping. Perfect to accompany refined red meat dishes such as stews, fillet in a crust and quail, Valpolicella Ripasso Corte Giara lends itself to accompany beef slices with porcini mushrooms, lamb ribs and medium-aged cheeses.
