Description

Ravazzòl is an Amarone della Valpolicella Classico made with Crvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara grapes.

Located at an altitude of approx. 300 meters above sea level, the vineyards retain an average age of 60 years. After the harvest continued until the end of October, the best grapes are selected for drying which lasts until January. After fermentation carried out in steel and wooden vats at low temperatures, it is aged in new oak barrels for 42 months, ending with a further storage in the bottle for 8 months before being marketed.

Ruby red in color tending to garnet, it brings back to the nose black cherry in alcohol, blackberry and light hints of sweet tobacco. On the palate it is warm, harmonious and enveloping, with very velvety tannins and a finish of long persistence.

Ideal for cut of beef, braised meats and game, it can also be tasted as a meditation wine.
