Description

The Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva di Niviana is a wine produced from a careful selection of grapes such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, grown on soils characterized by the presence of white or pinkish-white marly limestones which give a unique characteristic to the profile aromatic and wine-tasting.

The harvest is carried out completely by hand, ensuring that only the best bunches are selected for its production. Fermentation is followed by 36 months of barrel aging, allowing the wine to fully develop its structure and complexity.

At sight it presents an intense garnet red color. On the nose it is intense and ethereal, with evident notes of black cherry in alcohol. In the mouth it is captivating for its robustness and its velvety texture, with a perfect balance between power and elegance.

This wine is the ideal companion for intense dishes based on game and roasts. Recommended together with all the recipes of traditional Venetian cuisine, including the "pastissada de caval" and the bigoli with duck ragù.
