It is produced from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes which are left to dry in the loft until mid-December. The vinification takes place in small steel vats, while the wine is aged in 500-litre oak tonneaux for 18-24 months.
It is characterized by an intense garnet red colour. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, berries and blueberry and currant jam, as well as spicy hints of vanilla. The sip is warm and powerful, with a long persistence.
