Description
The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico di Bolla is born in vineyards bred exclusively with the traditional Veronese pergola system, located in the high valleys of Marano and Negrar.
It is mainly produced with Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-22 ° C for 25 days, followed by another 5 days of post-fermentative maceration. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 48 months, and for further 9 months in bottle.
This Amarone is characterized by a deep garnet color. The nose opens with aromas of wild cherries and pear, enriched with pleasant spicy hints of vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is warm, with clear aromas of cocoa and spices.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses and as a meditation wine.
