Description
Three generations of experience lead to the creation of this bitter: an infusion of twenty herbs collected on Monte Baldo, a massif of the Gardesane Prealps of Trento, including rhubarb, genepì, mint, gentian, chamomile, juniper. The aromatic herbs, collected and selected by hand, are left to macerate at low temperature for 20-30 days. The power of the bitterness obtained is reduced by adding sugar and pure Trentino water.
Alpine rhubarb gives this bitter a particularly bright red color. Aromatic and herbaceous hints enrapture the sense of smell, preluding a fresh, bitter and balanced taste.
It is ideal for preparing cocktails or as a delicious end of a meal.
