Description
Amaro Camatti di Sangallo is an artisanal liqueur produced through the natural infusion of flowers, herbs and aromatic roots in alcohol, with the addition of water, sugar and natural flavours.
The process involves a well-calibrated infusion and maceration to obtain the desired extract. The infusion is then left to decant in stainless steel barrels or vats, where it rests before being filtered. Finally, a syrup of water and sugar is added, which gives the liqueur the right balance of sweetness.
This bitter has a caramel color, with herbaceous and vegetal notes that blend with a pleasant sweet aftertaste. The flavor is intense and persistent, with a softness that envelops the palate.
It is recommended to consume it neat, with soda water or as a base for cocktails, also ideal as a digestive.
