Description

Falkenstein's Alto Adige Val Venosta Sauvignon is born in vineyards located on the north side of Val Venosta, in the Naturno area.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in acacia barrels for 7-10 weeks, then the wine is refined in the same containers for 9 months, before being bottled.

This Sauvignon is characterized by a straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections. The nose opens with fresh hints of alfalfa, enriched with pleasant mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh, iodized and pleasantly brackish. The wine has delicate aromas of green pepper and gooseberry.

Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses and vegetables.
