Description

Pfefferer Sun from the Colterenzio winery is a South Tyrolean wine produced from a blend of white grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon.

The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Bassa Atesina and Oltradige areas, defined by gravelly and sandy soils. The wine ferments in steel at 15 °C with a subsequent ageing on the lees.

Pale straw yellow in colour, it strikes the nose for notes of flowers and yellow fruit with mineral notes. The taste is fresh and lively, pleasantly dynamic.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood appetizers and risotto alla marinara.
