Description

St. Michael Eppan's Alto Adige Pinot Grigio was born at 400-500 meters above sea level in the vineyards of the municipalities of Appiano and Caldaro.

The wine is a pure Pinot Grigio, whose grapes are harvested at the end of September. The must is fermented in steel vats, where it also partially carries out the malolactic fermentation.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose opens with hints of both white and yellow pulp fruit. On the palate it is warm and soft.

Ideal as an aperitif on its own and as an accompaniment to simple cold land and sea appetizers.
