Description

Pinot Noir Turmhof was born inside the vineyards of the famous Trentino company Tiefenbrunner, located on the hills in the localities of Corona, Cortaccia and Montagna.

Made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected manually, this wine ferments in steel at controlled temperatures, and then passes into the maturation phase in small and large French oak barrels for at least 8 months.

Pinot Noir Turmhof has ruby red and garnet shades that go hand in hand with a delicate scent, with sensations of blackberry, raspberry and cherry. In the mouth it reveals a unique softness, expressing all the energy of a young wine ready to give satisfaction even in aging.

To be drunk immediately or within 7 years of the harvest, this Pinot Noir is divinely combined with feathered game, game and aged cheeses.
