Description
The Alto Adige Sauvignon from the Novacella Abbey was born in the vineyards located in the heart of Alto Adige DOC.
It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested around the middle of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C, then the must ages in the same containers for 6 months.
This Sauvignon is characterized by a light yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose shows pleasant aromas of elderberry, black currant and bell pepper. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a persistent aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, first courses and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, noble poultry and fresh cheeses.
