Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Nero Riserva of the Cru Linticlarus di Tiefenbrunner line was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Montagna, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in barrique, for 6 months in large oak barrels and for another 12 months in bottle, before being released on the market.

It has a ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with intriguing notes of berries and cherry. On the palate it is balanced and round, with great elegance and persistence.

Perfect to accompany rabbit and lamb meats, it is ideal in combination with feathered game and mature hard cheeses.
