Description
Pinot Noir by Elena Walch was born in the heart of Termeno on the Wine Route, a village in South Tyrol.
Produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is left in contact with the skins for a period of 10 days and undergoes a slow fermentation process at controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, the wine is aged partly in oak barrels and partly in steel.
This Pinot Noir has a bright ruby red color and its bouquet is clear and fresh. On the palate it is round and harmonious, with a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Overall it is a very elegant wine with a soft persistence.
Recommended in combination with white and red meats and game, it is also excellent to accompany aged cheeses.
