Description
Alois Lageder's Alto Adige Pinot Noir was born in vineyards located in Pochi and Appiano, in the heart of the Alto Adige DOC region.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, softly pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in concrete tanks for about 15 months before being bottled.
This Pinot Noir is characterized by a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose has a clean bouquet, with pleasant hints of cherries and slight hints of spices. On the palate it is pleasantly round, full and persistent.
Perfect to accompany dishes with meat sauce and roasts, it is ideal in combination with red, stewed meat and game.
