Description

Pinot Grigio by Elena Walch rises in the vineyards of Wadleith and Klughammer, located in the locality of Caldaro, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, softly pressed and whose must undergoes static clarification to enhance the aromas of the wine. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °. Follows aging on its stainless steel yeasts.

It has a vivid and bright straw yellow color. The nose has notes of ripe pear, complemented by white pepper and sage. Full-bodied and with a marked personality on the palate, it is characterized by an important minerality and an uncommon persistence.

Versatile in terms of pairings, this wine is perfect as an aperitif and to accompany delicate first courses, white meats and fish.
