Description
The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Hofstatt di Cortaccia is born in vineyards located in Hofstatt, in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is refined in the same containers before being bottled.
It is characterized by a bright greenish yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant floral bouquet. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with an acid structure that is always fresh.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes.
