Description

The Alto Adige Müller Thurgau of St Michael Eppan was born in the highest vineyards of Oltradige, Campill, San Genesio and Graun near Cortaccia, located in Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced entirely from Müller Thurgau grapes selected and harvested manually in September. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks.

This Müller Thurgau is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish notes. The nose opens with a vegetable bouquet, with hints of hay and Muscat grapes. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly acidic, persistent and refined.

Perfect to combine with asparagus, vegetable soups and creams, it is ideal with fresh and light fish dishes.
