Description

The Alto Adige Gewürztraminer of St. Michael Eppan was born in vineyards of the village of Termeno located in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested in mid-October. The wine has the particularity of being vinified dry. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks.

This Gewürztraminer is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a spicy and fruity bouquet, with aromas of cinnamon, cloves, rose and fresh fruit. On the palate it is large and gives an intense aromatic taste.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, crustaceans, Tyrolean cheese dumplings, it is ideal in combination with spicy oriental dishes.
