Description
This Chardonnay was born in the vineyards in Caldaro of Kellerei-Kaltern, immersed in the splendid and prestigious setting of South Tyrol.
Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the first week of September, the must of this wine is left to ferment at controlled temperatures. This process is followed by the maturation phase in steel, carried out on the fine lees for 4 months. The wine is finally filtered and then bottled.
Kaltern Chardonnay is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose offers a delicate aroma of Williams pear, with refined notes of white flowers and a slowly emerging mineral vein. In the mouth it shows excellent flavour and a good body.
Perfect with appetizers and not too elaborate fish dishes.
