Description
This Blauburgunder (Pinot Noir) was born in the vineyards of Erste+Neue, a very interesting and excellent reality in the South Tyrolean wine scene.
This wine, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, first ferments traditionally in steel, to then complete the fermentation and mature in large oak barrels. Bottle ageing follows.
This Blauburgunder by Erste+Neue shows a bright ruby colour. The nose offers a delicate varietal bouquet, which gradually intensifies that the wine is in the glass. With a very fluid and extremely bewitching structure, it shows very smooth tannins in the mouth and a finish to be enjoyed.
To be drunk within two years of purchase, this wine goes very well with white meat, appetizers and first courses. Excellent with vegetarian and duck dishes.
