Description

Zuccardi’s Malbec Concreto is a wine produced in the renowned area of Paraje Altamira, San Carlos, in the heart of the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. The Malbec grapes come from vineyards located at 1,100 meters above sea level, in very stony alluvial soils, covered with calcareous materials that give the wine a marked minerality and freshness.

The vinification takes place in cement amphorae, using native yeasts and fermenting with whole bunches of grapes. The aging also takes place in cement tanks, allowing the wine to maintain its purity and freshness. This process enhances the natural characteristics of Malbec, avoiding any intervention that could alter its original profile.

On the nose it presents notes of black fruits and mineral hints, while on the palate it offers a great tannic structure, with a perfect balance between acidity and body.

This red wine is ideal for those looking for an authentic expression of Argentine Malbec, to pair with cold cuts and red meats.
