Description

The Alta Langa Brut Metodo Classico from Duchessa Lia is a highly elegant Piedmontese sparkling wine, produced with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The winemaking process is carried out according to the Classic Method, which involves a long maturation on the yeasts, giving the wine a unique aromatic complexity. The flavour is full-bodied and structured, characterised by a perfect harmony between freshness and flavour.

It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, accompanied by a creamy and persistent perlage. The bouquet is wide and elegant, with notes of brioche bread and melted butter that blend with delicate nuances of vanilla and musk. On the palate this Brut sparkling wine reveals a great structure and a full body, with a persistent finish that recalls the olfactory notes.

This quality sparkling wine is ideal to accompany refined appetizers or fish-based dishes, shellfish, oysters, as well as mature cheeses and grilled vegetables.
