Description
The Riserva Ispiro sparkling wine is produced by Bosca, a historic Piedmontese sparkling wine cellar.
The wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in steel. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the rules of the classic method, with an aging of at least 36 months in the bottle.
In the glass it appears golden in color, with a fine and persistent perlage. This bubble releases fragrant aromas of elderflower and acacia to the nose as well as notes of chamomile, honey and bread crust. The sip is dry and harmonious.
Perfect as an aperitif, it can be enjoyed throughout the meal, especially with seafood.
