Description

Alta Langa Dosaggio Zero Numero Primo by Castello di Perno is a classic method sparkling wine of great elegance, produced with grapes from vineyards located in Serravalle Langhe, at 700 meters above sea level. Composed mostly of Pinot Noir and partly of Chardonnay.

The grapes are destemmed and subjected to a very gentle maceration. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, without the addition of yeasts, in truncated conical steel tanks. The wine rests on its own yeasts for 36 months before being bottled and marketed.

At sight it presents a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, hints of bread crust, red fruit and delicate floral notes emerge. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and structured, with a well-defined minerality that accompanies a long and harmonious finish.

This Numero Primo sparkling wine is ideal to accompany fish or shellfish dishes, appetizers and aperitifs.
