Description

The Alta Langa Rosè Contessa Rosa di Fontanafredda was born in vineyards located in the Albese and Asti Langa, in the heart of Piedmont.

It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in early September. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Classic method, through refermentation in the bottle, followed by a period of aging on its lees.

The Contessa Rosa di Fontanafredda is characterized by a soft pink color, with onion skin reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of orange blossom, pomegranate and black plum, with hints of ginger, nutmeg and lavender. On the palate it is fine and persistent, with a balanced acidity and a pleasant citrus aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is able to accompany all courses with class.
