Description
Alta Langa Brut Luigi Coppo is an exclusive expression of Pinot Noir, grown in the south of Asti on clayey marl soils and chalky rocks of marine sedimentary origin.
The harvest takes place in August with the selection of the healthiest and ripest grapes, soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts 30 months in the bottle, in contact with the yeasts. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
It presents a golden straw yellow embellished with greenish reflections and a fine and elegant perlage. On the nose, it is intense and fragrant, with fresh hints of apple that precede characteristic notes of bread and yeast, creating a rich and inviting bouquet. On the palate, it offers a dry, fresh and delicate taste, in perfect balance with its olfactory notes.
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with cured meats, anchovies, fried calamari and steamed scampi, creating flavor combinations that enhance its freshness and refinement, making it the protagonist of every occasion.
