Description

Alta Langa Brut Clemente di Guasti is a sparkling wine produced mainly from Pinot Noir grapes with a small addition of Chardonnay grapes.

After the classic winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. Followed by aging for 30 months in contact with its own yeasts.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. An intense and rich aroma emerges on the nose, with notes of laurel, chamomile and white flowers. In the mouth it shows good texture and the right harmony.

This sparkling wine accompanies any meal with class and is excellent as an aperitif.
