Description
The Riesling of the Vielles Vignes line by Arthur Metz was born in Alsace from vineyards that grow on marly-limestone soils, rich in gravel.
The wine is made up exclusively of Riesling grapes, which are first of all softly pressed, to then be vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose has citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The sip is dry and sapid, with an excellent structure and good persistence.
It can be enjoyed together with savory fish dishes, including freshwater ones, and savory pies with cheese and vegetables.
