Description

This Riesling of the Domaine de la Ville de Colmas originates from a composite, clayey and stony soil, which gives the wine freshness as well as a delicate and harmonious bouquet, an expression of the preciousness of the Alsatian territory. The vinification takes place traditional. Before being bottled, it spends a period of aging on the fine lees.

Pale yellow to the eye with platinum reflections, it releases a characteristic bouquet of citrus and white flowers on the nose. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a perfect balance of all its taste components.

To be tasted in the company of seafood and crustaceans, for its decisive and typical personality it can escort goat or sheep cheeses.
