Apricot on the nose, with sensations of fresh and citrusy thyme, of bergamot. Crunchy mouth, with a nice density and juiciness, with a fruity and final return with iodized notes and persistence.

Description

The Alsatian Gewurztraminer originates from the vineyards located on the outskirts of Colmar, planted on clay soils mixed with stone, which give rise to the freshness and aromatic finesse that have made this production area famous.

The grapes are harvested at the perfect degree of ripeness. Fermentation takes place traditionally with temperature control, then the wine is decanted, filtered and bottled.

Straw yellow coloured wine with brilliant golden reflections. The nose reveals the typical aromatic scents of the grape such as apricot, citrus and aromatic herbs. The sip is crunchy and enveloping, with a mineral finish and good persistence.

Excellent with both spicy and spicy dishes, including oriental cuisine.
