Description

The Gewürztraminer Turckheim of the Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is produced in Alsace, starting from the vineyards located in the surroundings of the village of Turckheim.

It comes from vines aged around 45, rooted in a stony and stony ground. It ferments by the action of indigenous yeasts and refines inside large unroasted oak barrels, in order to preserve all the character of the grape variety and the territory.

The color is straw yellow. The perfume finds expression in its intensity of fruit and spices, which ends with floral and finely citrus tints. The taste confirms the aromatic intensity and a beautiful freshness. Savory and full-bodied, it ends in a finish of cinnamon and fresh ginger.

Ideal to accompany a monkfish in saffron sauce
