Description
This red originates in the Burgundy area of France, where the Latour family lives.
It consists of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, coming from vineyards with 35 years of age, planted on particularly pebbly and calcareous soils. It carries out alcoholic fermentation in traditional steel tanks and then refines for 10-12 months in oak barrels.
From the bright ruby red calyx notes of blackberry, blueberry, mushroom and traces of leather stand out. In the mouth it is fresh, with a persuasive and precise tannin, finely integrated with the good body. It persists in the wake of its elegance.
Perfect to accompany a venison stew.
