Description
Tanca Farrà is a unique wine, born from the marriage of the international Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with the most important native grape of Sardinia.
Fermentation takes place traditionally at controlled temperature, with 12 months of aging in wood: part in second passage French oak barrels and part in large barrels. The winemaking process ends with an aging of about 3 months in the bottle.
In the glass it has an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose is characterized by notes of ripe red fruit, medicinal herbs and tobacco that move on a background of balsamic hints. The taste reveals a full, dry and harmonious sip with an elegant structure.
Recommended in combination with first courses with meat sauce and roasts, it is recommended to accompany stewed meats.
