Description

Aglianico del Vulture The Repertory contains in the bottle the tradition, experience and passion that bind Cantine del Notaio to the volcanic lands of Basilicata.

The grape harvest takes place between the second and third decade of October, in the middle of the ripening process of the bunches. Vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with maceration of about 10 days, it ages for at least 12 months in French oak tonneaux.

The color is ruby red with garnet flashes. On the nose there are fruity sensations of morello cherry and ripe plum, immediately followed by spicy aromas, in particular of licorice root. The taste is full, broad and balanced, with a well-defined and composed tannins typical of the grape variety of origin.

Perfect in the company of roasted red meat, it is excellent to combine with game dishes in general.
