Obtained from hand-picked grapes, this Aglianico del Vulture makes malolactic fermentation and further refines in barrique for 6/12 months.
A complex Aglianico that stands out for its complex aromas of crunchy red fruit, mineral, floral, cherry and pepper aromas with a background of undergrowth, and a taste in perfect balance between freshness and structure.
A complex red, perfect with very rich dishes: game, stews and aged cheeses.
