Description
MonteRidolfo comes to life from the hilly vineyards of Alice Bel Colle, located at a height of 250-400 meters above sea level, on soils of a calcareous-clayey nature.
The grapes are harvested by hand in early September and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and then leaves room for 6 months of maturation in steel and 3 months of aging in the bottle.
It is characterized by a light ruby red color. The nose reveals a beautiful combination of intense hints of Bulgarian rose and strawberry, proposing in the second place hints of geranium and musk. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with a slight tannin that highlights its remarkable persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with spicy dishes typical of oriental cuisine.
