Description
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena represents the maximum expression of the entire world of balsamic vinegars. The Affinato version of Acetaia Giusti is obtained starting only from cooked grape must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes which ages for at least 12 years in ancient barrels of different woods arranged in batteries, according to the ancient system of the Rincalzi and Travasi. In other words, a part of the product is transferred from the larger barrel to the smaller one, after having taken the finished product from the smaller barrel that will be bottled.
Balsamic with an intense dark brown color, it offers intense aromas of ripe dark fruit to the nose. On the palate it is dense and round, with pleasant woody and spicy notes.
Product of great versatility, it is suitable both on risotto and on fresh pasta even stuffed, as well as soups, eggs, cheeses, white and red meats, fresh fruit salad and desserts.
