The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 4 Gold Medals Quarto Centenario is produced by Acetaia Giusti, founded in 1605. The medals have a historical value and recall those won by Acetaia Giusti on the occasion of the Great National and International Exhibitions during the 1900s . The labels are still today those designed at the beginning of the last century.
Each vinegar comes from a careful choice of grapes and the method used for their slow cooking. The great complexity of the maturation and aging systems is fundamental, managed in batteries made up of barrels of different sizes and woods. Time and patience are essential elements in the creation of a great balsamic vinegar of Modena.
It is characterized by the richness of aromas of ripe fruit accompanied by notes of tobacco, toasted coffee and hints of wood.
