Description

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3 Medaglie d'Oro belongs to the Historical Collection of the Acetaia Giusti, with labels whose design dates back to the early 1900s that reflect the awards obtained up to that time with the style of the time. The collection includes a series of balsamic vinegars classified with a progressive number of medals, selected from those obtained in the Universal Expositions of the end of the 19th century.

Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe, Riccardi Giusti , it comes from grape musts harvested late by hand and dried on racks that age in barrique, to which already aged balsamic vinegar is added, taken from batteries of centuries-old barrels.

Dark brown in color, it releases aromas of plum and red fruit jams on the nose that intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla. The taste shows an excellent balance between sour and sweet and of good density.

Perfect for dressing raw preparations such as fresh and stuffed pasta, grilled meats, but it is also excellent on a fruit salad or dessert.
