Description
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 2 Gold Medals belongs to the Historical Collection of the Acetaia Giusti, with labels whose design dates back to the early 1900s that reflect the awards obtained up to that time with the style of the time. The collection includes a series of balsamic vinegars classified with a progressive number of medals, selected from those obtained in the Universal Expositions of the end of the 19th century.
Also called Il Classico , it is obtained from the union of cooked grape must which is aged in barrique and already aged balsamic vinegar taken from batteries of centuries-old barrels.
The color is dark brown. The nose offers hints of ripe fruit with notes of licorice and black pepper in support. On the palate it reveals good density and excellent sweet-sour balance.
Balsamic of great versatility, it is indicated both in cooking and raw to season vegetables, carpaccio, eggs, fish and white meats.
