Description
The Abruzzo Pecorino Nativae of Tenuta Ulisse, was born in the heart of the vineyards of the Chieti area in Abruzzo.
It is produced entirely from Pecorino grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks at an uncontrolled temperature and without any filtration. Subsequently the wine is aged in concrete tanks and in bottles, before being placed on the market.
Abruzzo Pecorino Nativae is characterized by a straw yellow color, with light greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, with light floral scents and citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasantly savory and juicy, with a slightly acidic finish that gives freshness and elegance to the palate.
Excellent in combination with first courses of pasta with fish sauce, it is ideal to accompany roasts in the oven and main courses of fresh grilled fish.
