Emidio Pepe's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo comes to life in the organic and biodynamic vineyards located in the municipality of Torano Nuovo, in the province of Teramo.
It is a wine entirely based on Trebbiano grapes, harvested manually with selection of the bunches in the vineyard. The must ferments spontaneously in vitrified cement tanks. It is then bottled by hand and left to mature for a few months before being released on the market.
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe appears bright golden yellow in color. On the nose, fragrant notes of mint and honey emerge, accompanied by hints of leather and spices. In the mouth it is well defined and balanced, cloaked in vibrant freshness.
It can be combined well with appetizers with vegetables and soups, also it does not mind the dishes based on fish and white meats.
