Abiura, Belgian style Saison beer
The classic Saison Abiura beer is produced by Brùton, one of the first craft breweries in Tuscany. Brùton is located in the province of Lucca, on the road that leads to Garfagnana, and was born in 2006. Its beers have received numerous awards, both in Italy and abroad.
How the Abjuration is produced
It is produced with both European and American hops, Spalt and Saaz, and with Belgian Saison yeast.
Sight, nose, eye and palate
It has a blonde color and reveals aromas of yellow fruit, bread with citrus and floral notes to the nose. Abiura is an easy-drinking beer with a clean finish.
What does Abiura pair with?
This beer is to be tried with grilled white meats and vegetables, but also with blue fish, salmon and tuna.
