Description

The Orcadian Skiren by Scapa is a single malt Scotch Whiskey produced on the Orkney Islands that ages in first fill American oak barrels from Tennessee and Kentucky, which are subjected to a very careful selection. Unlike other whiskeys of the islands, peat is not used for the production of malt, allowing the emergence of a unique tropical fruit flavor with sweet hues.

It appears amber in color. The nose reveals delicate floral hints, with pear tips, followed by intense citrus and pineapple notes. On the palate it is soft and sweet, with ripe hints of honey melon slices, pear and lemon sorbet, pleasantly refreshing in the finish.

Pefetto to sip straight or after adding a few drops of water.
