958 Cuvée Pop Art 2022 Santero

The Cuvée Pop Art Millesimato of the 958 line of Santero was born in the splendid hills of the Langhe, a stone's throw from Monferrato.

It is made entirely from white berried grapes. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place in steel pressurized tank according to the Charmat method.

It has a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has a clear hint of acacia flowers, followed by notes of elderberry and musk. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, sweet and aromatic.

Perfect in combination with appetizers and light first courses, it is ideal in combination with seafood or as an aperitif.
