Description
The Cuvée Pop Art Extra Dry of the Santero line 958 was born among the splendid hills of the Langhe, a stone's throw from Monferrato.
It is made entirely from white berried grapes. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place in a steel autoclave according to the Charmat method.
It has a pale straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The scent of acacia flowers is clear on the nose, followed by notes of elderberry and musk. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, sweet and aromatic.
Perfect in combination with appetizers and light first courses, it is ideal in combination with seafood or as an aperitif.
