6 Delizioso Fragolino Giacobazzi

The Sparkling Sweet 6 Fragolino Delizioso was born in the historic Giacobazzi cellars based in Nonantola, in the province of Modena.

It is produced with a selection of red berried grapes suitable for sparkling wine that are born on limestone-clay soils of the Modena province, harvested in late September and early October. The vinification proceeds with maceration at controlled temperature and refermentation according to the Charmat method.

At the sight it is of a bright ruby red color, with a subtle and persistent foam, while the nose opens a bouquet where the strawberry prevails. In the mouth it is overall balanced, sweet and aromatic.

To be enjoyed with the specialties of the Modena cuisine or at the end of the meal accompanied by fruit tarts.
