Description
Founded in 1898 by Tommy and John Alexander Dewar, the Aberfeldy Distillery draws water from the Pitilie Burn stream, famous for its gold deposits.
In the case of Aberfeldy 21 Years Old we speak of a rich and full-bodied Single Malt, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and distilled in a discontinuous alembic still.
A classic whiskey, fruity and smooth taste, with hints of honey accompanied by notes of vanilla and beeswax, finished by a light and pleasant smoke. On the palate, nuts, the sweetness of honey and a subtle spicy note are striking.
To be consumed straight or with ice at the end of a meal.
